Angel - Adopted

Here’s Angel:

Angel went into foster in Dorset on 8th December 2025.

From her foster family:

Angel by name, Angel by nature, this girl is truly special, she is house trained, loving, funny, clever and can sit and give paw.

Angel has started going out for walks which she enjoys.

Angel sleeps soundly though the night and enjoys her food.

Angel lives with 4 other dogs and is very respectful to them. Angel either needs another dog around or a family that are home a lot.

We don’t have cats but she is not interested in the chickens and has shown no prey drive.

This beautiful girl is just so grateful to be rescued. She will make an amazing addition to any home

Her Story

On our recent trip to Romania, our team stopped just outside Bucharest to help a young female dog who was alone by the side of the road. She was very friendly and came straight over to us.

It was clear that she was heavily pregnant and likely to give birth within days. While we cannot take every dog we encounter into our care, we felt we could not leave her to give birth on the roadside with no reliable source of food or water.

Thanks to swift collaboration, her puppies have since been taken in by a German rescue organization and are now safe and happily settled in homes in Germany. Their mother is now happily settled in her foster home in Dorset, where she has proven to be the most delightful dog.

• People under 25 years old

• People with children under 8 years old

• Homes without direct access to a private and secure garden

• Homes where the dog will have to be left alone more than 4 hours in a working day
