Brina - Adopted

This is gentle Brina:

Brina went into foster in Hampshire on 18th May 2026.

Please keep your eyes peeled for more updates and photos to come.

Her Story

Brina had lived for many years around one of the fire stations in Braila. The firemen fed her regularly, and despite never having a family of her own, she was content and well known by everyone there.

A few months ago, while she was eating, Brina was attacked by some larger dogs. Her eye was badly injured and quickly became severely infected. Concerned for her, one of the firemen reached out to one of our volunteers, who immediately stepped in to help.

Brina was taken for urgent veterinary treatment, and sadly her eye had to be removed. After everything she had been through, there was no way we could return her to life on the streets. From that moment on, Brina became part of our care.

Despite her difficult past, Brina has remained incredibly gentle, she finally has the safety, love, and chance at happiness that every dog deserves.
