Meet Our Darling Girl!
Charlotte went into foster in Dorset on the 1st September 2025.
This sweet young pup is the definition of playful! 🐾 She’s still very much a puppy — full of energy, curiosity, and fun. Quick to learn and eager to please, she’s a clever little soul who will thrive with gentle guidance and consistency.
Charlotte is wonderfully gentle and not at all aggressive. While she currently finds cats a bit too exciting (she just wants to play, play, play!), with time and training she may learn to live alongside them in the future. She adores other dogs and loves having a playmate, making her a great candidate for a multi-dog household.
Like many young pups, she’s still learning about food — right now she gobbles it down as though she’s starving, but with patience and care she’ll soon feel secure that every meal is hers to enjoy.
New situations can sometimes make her a little nervous, but with encouragement and reassurance she relaxes quickly and shows her happy, affectionate nature. Her coat is soft and doesn’t shed quite as much as Michelle’s, making cuddle time even more enjoyable. 💕
She’s fun-loving, gentle, and oh-so-affectionate — the perfect companion for someone who wants a playful best friend to share life’s adventures with.
Her Story
Little Charlotte was found tied inside a plastic bag by some children in the village. Shocked, they brought her straight to our volunteer for help. She was absolutely covered in ticks and so severely anemic that she nearly needed a blood transfusion.
Thanks to quick care, Charlotte is now safe and recovering—but her story is a heartbreaking reminder of why our work is so important. 💕
