Felipe is adopted
Sweet Felipe is looking for a forever home.
Felipe went into foster in Kent on the 1st September 2025.
This young lad is playful, cuddly, and full of love. He adores walks and adventures (he’s great on the lead), enjoys a good brush, and is always up for a snuggle. Very friendly with other dogs (and cats), toilet trained, travels in the car well, and likes his food without being greedy. He’s adjusted so well to home life in just one week and is ready to bring endless fun, affection, and tail wags to his forever home!
His Story
Felipe had an owner and he lived in the yard with several other dogs. His owner refused our request to sterilise Felipe and the outcome was more puppies in the yard.
To prevent more puppies being born the owner tied him up in the field adjacent to their home. Sadly this led to little Felipe becoming ‘infested’ with grass seeds. He desperately needed vetinerary treatment so the owner released him to FAR.
We have never seen so many grass seeds on a dog. They were in his eyes, mouth and ears, and many had infiltrated his skin. He had to have surgery so they could be removed. He of course had to be shaved so we have included a before and after photo.
Freedom Angels regret we cannot consider applications for Felipe from
