Introducing Loulou
Please consider Loulou.
From Loulou’s foster mum;_
Gorgeous, sweet Loulou; we feel we were sent an angel when she first came to us for foster. She is gentle, funny, chatty and very physical, like a young child. She was very timid when she first arrived and it took some time to encourage her to walk from the house but now she is eager to go anytime and anywhere. Her recall does need some further work.
Loulou is still learning about the world and new things can occasionally spook her. But she is a great learner and we have basic commands mastered and every walk she pulls a little less, On walks she is super friendly with everyone and can get a little exuberant. She is a little intimidated by big dogs.
Loulou LOVES children but is very bouncy around them. Luckily as she is small herself this isn’t a big. problem. We have been working on giving her as many interactions as possible, with time to process in between and she is already learning not to throw herself at everyone. She is just such a happy girl.
Loulou is a very easy dog to have around the home. She curls up very small to sleep, stays all night on her bed in the kitchen, totally toilet trained, she does not interfere with human food but she is a bit of a collecter. Especially slippers but she never damages them.
She travels well in the car but is a little anxious so when possible sits in the back with company.
My favourite quirks of hers is when she likes to talk to me when I am preparing dinner and ‘helping’ me with my shoe laces to get me out on a walk faster.
She is a fantastic little thing and we are so lucky to have had our time helping her start to blossom.
