Introducing Pippa:

Pippa went into foster in Cumbria on 8th December 2025.

Pippa is a sweet, friendly, and affectionate girl with a heart full of love to give. She adores human company and is happiest when she’s close to her people, whether that’s enjoying gentle cuddles on the sofa or soaking up attention during a good belly rub. Her loving nature makes her a real joy to have around, and she quickly forms strong bonds with those she trusts. Pippa has settled beautifully into home life and has clearly discovered the pleasures of her creature comforts. She enjoys relaxing indoors, feeling safe and secure, and being part of the everyday rhythm of a household. This transition has suited her well, and she continues to grow in confidence as she becomes more familiar with her surroundings. Daily walks are one of Pippa’s favourite parts of the day. She loves getting out and about, exploring the world, and she now confidently strides ahead, showing how far she has come. Time outdoors gives her both physical exercise and mental stimulation, and she takes real pleasure in these shared adventures. Pippa is a social girl who enjoys being around people and thrives on companionship. Because of this, she can experience some separation anxiety when left alone, so she would do best in a home where someone is around for much of the day or where any alone time can be introduced gradually and gently. With reassurance, patience, and routine, she has great potential to continue building her independence. She gets on well with other dogs and may enjoy having a calm canine companion, though she’s just as content soaking up all the attention herself. Pippa would make a wonderful addition to a loving home that can offer her time, affection, and understanding — and in return, she’ll reward you with endless loyalty and love.

Her Story

When Pippa’s owner died, she was thrown onto the streets by the family members who inherited the house. She was so scared and confused, but our volunteer managed to recruit some people to help catch her.
