Meet Swifty - Adopted
This is playful and loving Swifty.
Swifty went into foster in Merseyside on the 1st September 2025.
Swifty is a gentle, clean, and loving little pup who has been a dream to foster. From day one, she settled in beautifully — sleeping through the night downstairs with her foster sister, and she’s not an early riser either!
✨ House Training:
Swifty is almost fully house-trained (around 95% there!) and even takes herself outside to do her business. She’s clean overnight with no accidents and is very quick to learn.
✨ Personality & Training:
• Eats well and enjoys her meals without rushing
• Very treat-oriented, which makes training easy
• Walks beautifully on a harness and isn’t reactive to people
• Loves to say hello to every dog she meets (a little vocal, but only in a happy way)
• Knows when it’s time to settle in the evening and takes herself off to bed
• Quick to pick up commands like “sit” and even responds to a gentle “shhh” when asked to be quiet
Swifty is happy to travel in a car and loves adventures at the beach. She also lives with lots of small furry animals as well as a blind cat.
✨ Energy & Play:
Swifty has plenty of energy but not in a boisterous way. She simply loves a good run and is fast, agile, and playful. She’s enjoyed trips to the bark park and even had her paws salted and sanded at the beach — she loved every second!
✨ Perfect Home:
Swifty would suit an active family, possibly with another dog to show her the ropes. She has a sweet, affectionate nature and absolutely adores belly rubs.
💛 Swifty is such a little darling who will make someone incredibly happy. She has so much love to give and is ready to find her forever home.
Her Story
One of our remote volunteers was visiting her grandma in the countryside when she spotted little Swifty by the side of the road. This tiny baby must have been left there, with no way to find food or water on her own. Thankfully, she was found just in time and is now safe in our care.
