Meet Bobby
Bobby went into foster in Cornwall on the 10th August 2026.

His Story
Bobby was part of a litter of puppies born in the dock area of Brăila, Romania, where life for a tiny puppy can be incredibly dangerous.
Sadly, two of the litter were killed by larger street dogs. The owner of the yard where the puppies had been born eventually allowed us to take four of them to safety — but he insisted on keeping Bobby and refused to let us take him.
We never forgot about him. ❤️
Our rescuer continued to visit Bobby regularly, checking on him and making sure he received worming and parasite treatments to keep him as healthy as possible.
But knowing that his brothers and sisters were safe while Bobby remained behind was always difficult. This whole litter was such a special little bunch, and we always hoped that one day we would be able to bring Bobby into our care too.
On our last visit to Romania, we went to see him again — and this time he was out on the street alone and happy to jump into our car!
After all that waiting, Bobby was finally coming to safety. 🥹🐾
Now this gorgeous boy has the same opportunity his siblings were given — the chance to leave his old life behind and find a loving forever family of his very own.

Tested for known parasite conditions. Also for Leishmaniasis. Pursuant to government regulations all dogs have their blood tested here in the UK for Brucellosis prior to entry and enter the UK within 30 days of the blood being drawn. All dogs are microchipped.
