His Story

On the team’s last visit to Romania, we were travelling through the countryside when we came across a village where a family of dogs was scattered along the road and hiding beneath stones at the roadside. There were so many of them, and heartbreakingly, we knew we couldn’t help them all.

One little boy stood out. He had a severely broken leg, and his coat was so badly matted it had formed thick dreadlocks. It was clear he was in a great deal of pain, and we knew we couldn’t leave him behind.

We brought him into our care and named him Bob Marley.

  • Homes without direct access to a private and secure garden

  • Homes where the dog will have to be left alone more than 4 hours in a working day
