Meet Nando
Nando went into foster in East Yorkshire on the 15th June 2026.
Nando has only been in foster care for a very short time, but he has settled in amazingly well and has already shown what a wonderful little dog he is.
This adorable boy is happy, friendly, and a pleasure to have around. He gets on brilliantly with the resident JRT and enjoys playing fetch with her. Nando loves his cuddles and is just as happy relaxing and chilling out in the garden.
He has adapted wonderfully to his new surroundings, sleeps through the night, and has quickly become brilliant company. Nando also enjoys being brushed and often turns grooming time into a fun game.
Nando’s friendly and outgoing personality shines through in everything he does, and he would be an asset to any home, whether as an only dog or with another canine companion. Although he has not been tested with children or cats, his sociable and easy-going nature suggests that neither would be a problem.
Everyone is incredibly proud of how well Nando has settled in such a short space of time, and he is sure to bring lots of love and happiness to his forever home. ❤️
His Story
Found on the streets with such a bad eye infection he could barely see. The infection has been treated and there is no lasting damage.

Tested for known parasite conditions. Also for Leishmaniasis. Pursuant to government regulations all dogs have their blood tested here in the UK for Brucellosis prior to entry and enter the UK within 30 days of the blood being drawn. All dogs are microchipped.
