Meet Nushie

Gentle Nushie needs somewhere she can feel safe.

Nushie went into foster in Dorset on 23rd June 2025. Please watch this space for updates and photos.

Her Story

Nushie belonged to a drunkard who regularly beat her. She was kept outside, and had given up on life. Our volunteer begged and begged the owner to let us take Nushie, but he always refused. One day, the FAR star shone on this sad little girl and we were able to take her. We are so happy she is coming, and we have the opportunity to give her a better life.

Freedom Angels regret we cannot consider applications for Nushie from

• People under 25 years old

• People with children under 10 years old

• Homes without direct access to a private and secure garden

• Homes where the dog will have to be left alone more than 4 hours in a working day
