Introducing Percy:

Percy went into foster in Hertfordshire on 29th September 2025.

His Story

Percy was found abandoned in a field in a rural area outside of Constanta. He was only a few months old. Since then he has lived with a friend of the lady who found him. Unfortunately she is leaving the country at the end of September so he and his pal Yogi were going to be returned to the streets. We had to step in.

Freedom Angels regret we cannot consider applications for Percy from

• People under 25 years old

• People with children under 10 years old

• Homes without direct access to a private and secure garden

• Homes where the dog will have to be left alone more than 4 hours in a working day
