Meet Speedy

Speedy is located in Dorset.

He is an approximately 7-year-old Romanian rescue Chihuahua cross who is looking for a special home where he can feel safe, loved, and understood.

Once Speedy bonds with you, he is very affectionate and devoted. He adores cuddles, soft fluffy toys, food, and curling up on the sofa next to his favourite person. He thrives on close companionship and forms deep connections with the people he trusts.

Speedy enjoys his walks but can feel anxious around other dogs. When frightened, he may react defensively, so he is most comfortable being walked on a lead and with an owner who understands his needs and can help him feel secure. Because of this, Speedy would be happiest in a calm environment without other pets.

Speedy has every opportunity to relax and thrive in the right home.

Speedy would be best suited to an adult-only home, or one with older, calm children who understand the importance of giving him space when needed. He is not a dog who wants a busy lifestyle; he wants a peaceful one filled with love, routine, and reassurance.
