Taz
Taz was rescued from the dog catcher along with his brother Charly, who has been adopted.
Despite the terrible ordeal he has endured at such a young age, Taz is a gorgeous, friendly boy who wants nothing more than a fuss off everyone he meets! He's a very sociable boy, and has come out of his shell so much in the few days he has been at his foster home.
Like most of the dogs we rescue, Taz has never encountered toys before so has been wary of them but has starteed to show some interest in playing. He's very food oriented, so easy to train and is a super fast learner. His foster dad has started lead training him - at first he lay down and dug his claws in, but after a couple of tries he is now no problem on the lead and walks very well.
Taz can have a growl with other dogs over food, but we are working to train this behaviour out of him. We would recommend any prospective adopters with other dogs to feed them separately at first.
