Meet Silver
Introducing Silver:
Silver went into foster in Cambridgeshire on the 24th November 2025.
Despite his name, Silver truly is a golden boy. In his short time in foster he has shown so much love already! He loves the company of another dog and would certainly benefit from a buddy to play with although he is quite happy to just sleep in his cosy little bed and watch you get on with your day. He loves a good cuddle and a deep scratch behind the ear. We have seen him be quite a contortionist for his cuddles. He is yet to fully comprehend how personal space works but his love for food can be a good motivator and trainer. For a young pup who probably has never known the comfort of a bed or the joy of toys he sure has learned quick and believe he will make a truly good companion for anyone who can offer these.
His Story
Puppy Silver was born in the field, with his brother. Their mother Hazel travelled 5km to beg for food in a village supermarket then another 5 kms back to her beloved pups. It took our volunteer several weeks to find her pups, unfortunately his brother Goldie did not make it. 💔
