Cookie went into foster in Buckinghamshire on 23rd June 2025.

Cookie is a playful, happy little lady who truly comes to life when she's outside. She adores her toys (and the occasional shoe!) and is always up for a game in the garden. While she’s made great progress and is becoming more comfortable indoors, she still finds the inside world a bit overwhelming and needs a calm, patient approach to help her settle.

She’s looking for a special home – ideally a calm, active adult household where she can continue to build her confidence at her own pace. While Cookie can live with children, she’ll truly thrive in a quieter environment with people who understand her gentle nature and are happy to spend time outdoors with her.

If you have the time, patience, and a peaceful home to offer, Cookie could be the perfect companion to share your days with. She’s already come so far and just needs the right people to help her continue her journey.

Her Story

Cookie has had a difficult journey. She was dumped in a field while heavily pregnant, but sadly all her puppies were stillborn. When we found her, she had bruising around her abdomen, suggesting she may have been kicked in the stomach multiple times.
