Moonie - Adoption Pending

Here’s Moonie:

Moonie went into foster in Devon on the 26th February 2026.

Please keep your eyes peeled for updates and photos to come.

Her Story

Moonie had been abandoned by the railway tracks, left to fend for herself. Over time, she joined a small group of stray dogs, finding comfort and safety in their company.

When our volunteer discovered them, she was able to gently catch the other dogs and bring them to safety. But Moonie was different. Terrified of humans and too frightened to come close, she kept her distance no matter how patiently we tried.

It took several weeks of quiet persistence, kindness, and careful planning before we were finally able to bring her to safety.
