Here’s Pamela:

Pamela went into foster in Worcestershire on the 9th February 2026.

Pamela ‘Ella’ is currently enjoying a little adventure in Cornwall with her foster family, where she travelled down beautifully and coped really well with the long journey. She has settled in quickly and has been living alongside Stanley, the resident dog. and Pamela now happily follows Stanley around the house. They may not be best friends just yet, but they are learning to live comfortably together.

Pamela has shown herself to be a wonderfully friendly and affectionate dog. While in Cornwall she even had a moment in the spotlight, becoming an extra in a student film being shot in a local pub! She behaved impeccably and absolutely loved being around people, happily wandering over to rest her head in their laps so she could enjoy plenty of fuss and attention.

She is very food-motivated and will happily investigate empty plates if given the chance, so her foster family are making sure everything stays safely out of reach. Pamela walks nicely on the lead, although she does like to take her time to sniff absolutely everything along the way. She also enjoys chasing birds and has a funny habit of jumping up at insects.

Around the house she is settling in well. She can be a little unsure of loud household items like the vacuum cleaner, but her foster family are gently helping her build confidence with these. Her house training is progressing nicely, with only a couple of accidents so far, mostly on puppy pads.

Overall, Pamela ‘Ella’ is proving to be the most lovely, affectionate girl who enjoys people and companionship. With continued guidance and love, she is sure to make a wonderful family pet. ❤️
