Meet Roxy
Say hello to Roxy!
Roxy went into foster in Suffolk on 1st September 2025.
From her foster parents:
Roxy has only been with us for a short time, but she’s already stolen our hearts! 💕
From the moment she hopped off the transport bus, she was ready for cuddles and eager to say hello to everyone she met. Roxy is the sweetest, most gentle soul who loves nothing more than curling up beside you for a cozy snooze.
She’s been fantastic with her foster doggie siblings – happy to have a little play and then settle herself down for a nap. Roxy is confident around adults and children (ages 10 and 13 in her foster home), making her a wonderful family companion.
🌟 What makes Roxy extra special:
• 100% house-trained (she politely waits at the door!) 🚪
• No destructive behaviors 🙌
• Happy to be left for a couple of hours, settling beautifully 💤
• A total foodie – mealtime is her favorite part of the day 🍲
• Gentle, affectionate, and beautifully well-mannered 🐶
Her foster family describes her as pure perfection – and they’re right. As much as they’ll miss her, Roxy is ready for her forever family who will give her the love and happiness she truly deserves.
If you’re looking for a loving, loyal, and gentle companion, Roxy could be the perfect addition to your life. ❤️

Her Story
Roxy was abandoned on the edge of our volunteer’s village. An older dog, it must have been so frightening for her. She hid herself away in a patch of bushes and refused to come out, too scared to trust anyone.
It took time and patience, but eventually our volunteer gained her trust and was able to bring her to safety.
