His Story

Solo lived behind the iron gates of an old communist derelict factory. For some reason the city pays guards to keep a 24 hour watch. They have a plethora of dogs there. Mainly so they can sleep and rely on the dogs to bark if there is an intruder. They are not kind to the vets. Our volunteer takes food and treats the dogs for parasites when the guards allow her to. But they refuse to let the dogs be sterilized. Solo is one of Silky’s pups. The only one to survive in his litter.

One day he strayed outside the gates which gave us the opportunity to rescue him. He is neutered.

Freedom Angels regret we cannot consider applications for Solo from

• People under 25 years old

• People with children under 10 years old

• Homes without direct access to a private and secure garden

• Homes where the dog will have to be left alone more than 4 hours in a working day

Tested for known parasite conditions. Also for Leishmaniasis. Pursuant to government regulations all dogs have their blood tested here in the UK for Brucellosis prior to entry and enter the UK within 30 days of the blood being drawn. All dogs are microchipped.
