Vivie went into foster in Northamptonshire on the 10th August 2026.

Her Story
When a friend of our rescuer spotted what she thought was the little body of a dog lying at the side of the road, she stopped simply to move her away from the traffic and give her some dignity.
Then she realised she was still breathing.
That tiny dog was Vivie❤️
She was rushed straight to the vets, where our rescue met her. Her condition was heartbreaking. She was terribly emaciated, incredibly weak and covered in ticks and parasites. At that point, we genuinely didn’t know whether she would survive.
But Vivie had other ideas.
Thanks to the wonderful care of our vet and the love and nursing she received afterwards from Dalila, this brave little girl slowly began to recover.
Today, Vivie is thriving. ❤️
She does have an old spinal injury which affects her movement. It doesn’t stop her enjoying life, but it does mean she isn’t a dog who can jump around or rough-and-tumble with very active dogs.
What Vivie needs now is a calm, gentle home where life can be taken at her pace and where she can enjoy all the love and comfort she very nearly never had the chance to experience.

Tested for known parasite conditions. Also for Leishmaniasis. Pursuant to government regulations all dogs have their blood tested here in the UK for Brucellosis prior to entry and enter the UK within 30 days of the blood being drawn. All dogs are microchipped.
