Rachel went into foster in Buckinghamshire on 18th May 2026.
Most of our dogs disembark from the Freedom Bus, nervous and shy. But not Rachel. She jumped off ready for her new life.
Rachel is a lovely young pup who is full of joy and affection. She’s a happy, playful puppy who absolutely adores interactive playtime and then happily switches into cuddle mode when it’s time to relax. She has a naturally sweet nature and enjoys being close to her people, making her a wonderful companion in the making.
She is expected to grow into a smaller mid‑sized dog, and she already turns heads with her striking black-and-tan markings and expressive eyes. Her coat and colouring are truly gorgeous and give her such a distinctive look.
For a puppy, she’s doing really well — she’s able to sleep on her own, which is a great start. Like all young dogs, she will still need patient guidance with basic training, including house training, lead skills, and learning the ropes of family life. With consistency, kindness, and positive reinforcement, she will thrive.
She would suit a home ready to enjoy all the fun of puppyhood while helping her grow into a confident, well‑rounded dog. In return, she’ll bring playfulness, loyalty, and plenty of cuddles to her forever family.

Her Story
Rachel is one of 4 pups born on the streets. We have their mum also under our care. The second generation from a girl thrown out when her owner died. The family wanted the house but not the dog. She went on to have pups and then the pups went on to breed. The never ending cycle of Romania.
