Meet Rachel

✨ Meet this beautiful little star ✨

Rachel went into foster in Buckinghamshire on 18th May 2026.

Rachel is a truly beautiful soul with the gentlest nature. She absolutely adores children, babies and welcomes every visitor into the home with a wagging tail and a friendly greeting.

She is great with cats and would happily try to encourage them to play, but she is respectful and backs away once she is told “no”. Her foster family describe her as an absolute star and a dog who deserves the very best forever home.

Rachel loves nothing more than sitting quietly in the garden, watching the seagulls soaring overhead with complete fascination. She is gentle, affectionate and trustworthy, always happy to snuggle up for cuddles and kisses with her favourite people.

Rachel is making fantastic progress with her recall and toilet training. She is an intelligent girl who is eager to learn and genuinely wants to please her people.

At mealtimes, Rachel can be a little uncertain, suggesting she may have had negative experiences around food in the past. Her foster family are patiently helping to build her confidence, and she is responding beautifully.

Rachel is, however, a very energetic young dog. She loves to be active and will need a home where she has plenty of space to run, regular exercise and lots of mental stimulation. She gets bored easily and, if left without enough to do, can become destructive, so she needs a family who have the time and commitment to continue her training and help her channel her energy in a positive way.

Because of this, we feel Rachel would be best suited to an experienced dog owner who understands the needs of an active young dog. She would also benefit enormously from living with another confident, playful dog who can help burn off some of her endless energy and enjoy adventures alongside her.

For the right family, Rachel will be an incredible companion. She has all the ingredients to become a fabulous dog with a little guidance, consistency and love. In return, she will reward her forever family with endless affection, loyalty and a lifetime of happy memories.

Her Story

Rachel is one of 4 pups born on the streets. We have their mum also under our care. The second generation from a girl thrown out when her owner died. The family wanted the house but not the dog. She went on to have pups and then the pups went on to breed. The never ending cycle of Romania.
